(More customer reviews)This model looks quite impressive when it is constructed.It was about 18-24" high.I think 14+ is a little conservative - it is probably okay for 9 and up, although it will require a day or two to assemble.There are many movable parts on it.This makes it challenging to keep from breaking off one piece when you attempt to add another, but that's part of doing Legos.One problem is that the top base connection to the smooth bottom base is not as strong as it needs to be.This leads to the model not being firmly connected, and easy to topple.After the two bases separated, our General unfortunately did a nose-dive off the shelf and broke into several pieces.I guess we get to put it together again now!
