(More customer reviews)the Plastic used isnt rigid like i thought it would be. its very malible/flimsy... its really thick good plastic but just dont wash it with alcohol or Hidrogen paroxcide or anything, it will crack and split. other than that my first one wasnt the best but i bought another (after the accident e.g. washed it with rubbing alcohol) and it turned out pretty nicely i put some closed cell memory foam padding in it and a chin strap, repainted to my customized design and wore it to my first Mandalorian Mercs Meeting... it was awsome. if you want some advice for making it stiffer and less bendable, buy some Large Crafing Rings and and Hot Glue them in around the back of the inside and then put some padding over it so the helmet will fit better. and yes it does fit big, even for me who wheres a XL Motorcycle helmet so yeah... hope this helped
